SciFoo 2008 – here I come!

Got an email the other day from Tim O’Reilly, Chris DiBona, and Timo Hannay inviting me to this years Science Foo Camp, or as they say:

We’d like to invite you to join us on the weekend of August 8-10 for Science Foo Camp (or “Sci Foo”), a unique, invitation-only gathering organized by Nature, O’Reilly Media, and Google, and hosted at the Googleplex in Mountain View, CA

I am sure this has nothing to do with me whining a while back. Even if it has, who cares – I am loving it! SciFoo’ers here I come.

As a side note, for some odd reason I found this email in my junk folder? Something others also have done. Go figure? Good thing I like digging through my junk now and then. ;-)

Ok – I have to get back to my job applications now.
